Support Workers
Friendly Support Services endeavours to support all staff who work via our agency. We recognise the need for knowledgeable competent personnel and to this end we
regularly review our staff teams skills and mandatory training needs. A full induction is completed by all staff, this includes manual handling, hoist training and health and safety.

Our qualified and well-trained staff work strictly within the NMC code of conduct and all staff adhere to
our philosophy of 'delivering quality care because we care'

We ensure that we deliver staff to resource regular shift patterns and we are also very well placed to deliver ad-hoc or emergency staff to fulfil sudden spikes in demand.
