Our staffs are provided also with Safety Intervention training that identifies behaviour that indicates an escalation towards aggressive and violent behaviour and take appropriate measures to avoid crisis situations. The training is structured around a 5 day which is up to advanced and Emergency Level. The programme delivers skills and knowledge based on the philosophy of providing the best Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security^’s for staff and those in your care that:  

• Focuses on prevention, deceleration and avoidance.
• Addresses the risks of physical interventions.
• Teaches safe, non-harmful interventions.​
