Our centralised complaints management service enables us to deal promptly, at the most senior level, with any complaints or concerns. Also we can identify any patterns or issues with candidate recruitment, management or selection that require review of our procedures and protocols. Any serious complaints are immediately dealt with and the candidate is withdrawn from the booking system until a full investigation is completed.
